Andrew J. Rossetti, Esquire
Andrew J. Rossetti is a shareholder and founding member at the firm and an accomplished trial attorney, focusing his practice on significant personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases for more than 30 years. A former Assistant Prosecutor of Camden County, he is Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by both the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Rossetti was recognized by The New Jersey Law Journal in its annual Top 20 Verdicts and Settlements issue on multiple occasions for cases he handled including a $7.1 million settlement involving a turnpike truck crash, a $5.5 million jury verdict after a six-week crashworthiness trial against General Motors, a $3.5 million settlement for a worker injured on a defective conveyor and a $2.75 million settlement for severe injuries caused by defectively designed van. Mr. Rossetti is a past chairman of the Products Liability Committee section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is a past Board of Governor for the American Association of Justice-NJ. He also serves on the Civil Practice Committee for the Camden County Bar Association and is frequently invited to lecture at New Jersey’s Institute of Continuing Education where he teaches trial strategy and tactics to other lawyers. Andrew is admitted to practice law in the U. S. Supreme Court and all Federal and State Courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Rossetti maintains an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical integrity. Andy has been included in the Best Lawyers in America and New Jersey Super Lawyer listings for more than 20 consecutive years, including the Top 100 Super Lawyers list on multiple occasions. Andy resides in South Jersey with his wife Cindy and has two adult children.
