Anthony J. Medori, Esquire
Anthony has exceptional attention to detail and has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator at the settlement table. This includes his recent settlements of $900,000 in a construction injury case, $725,000 in a legal malpractice case and $670,000 in a car accident case involving a pedestrian. Anthony has been consistently included in the Top 40 Under 40 attorney list for New Jersey by The National Trial Lawyers, a designation conferred on 40 lawyers in each region of the State of New Jersey. Anthony is also a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute where he regularly teaches advanced litigation strategies to other lawyers. His article on Products Liability Law, “Knowing and Preparing for New Jersey’s Successor Liability,” was published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
When he is not in court, Anthony is conducting depositions, drafting motions and advancing his cases toward settlement, mediation or trial. In Anthony’s last trial, he obtained a jury verdict of $75,000 in an automobile crash case in Camden County. The verdict was so much higher than the defendant’s offer that the Court ordered the defense to pay our legal fees resulting in a total award for our client of over $135,000.
Anthony is an active member of the Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations and the New Jersey Association of Justice. He is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Anthony is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and resides with his wife.
